What is Roots?
Roots is Living Word's cell group ministry. As a body of believers, we want to grow our roots deep by fostering deep relationships, and developing deep trust in God and in His word.
What is a cell group?
You may have heard of cell groups by some of their other names:
care groups,
small groups, or
home groups. A cell consists of a group of individuals, usually between 6 and 12 in number, who gather together in the comfort of a member's home to connect with each other, encourage each other, build deeper friendships, and grow spiritually. Roots gatherings are typically held once a week, and last about two hours. Some groups choose to include a meal in their gathering; others meet just to talk, pray, and spend time together.
